The ZT 320 series can also be equipped with 100 % USP/EP/JP compliant “Quick-Clean” basket racks and type “B” baskets with three larger test tubes. Of course all required validation handbooks and tools as well as ERWEKA PQ tablets with specified disintegration times are available.

ZT 320 Series is customizable to your needs.
- Baskets type A (6 glass tubes) or type B (3 larger glass tubes)
- Automated lift-in and lift-out of the basket rack assembly/ies on start/completion of the preset run time of each test station. This option guarantees that the disintegration of the samples cannot go on when the preset run time is completed.
- Media pre-heat and disintegration rack storage container located in the water bath (ZT 321 and 323 only)
- “Quick-Clean” basket (100 % USP/EP/JP compliant) for fast cleaning of the test stations. No tools required for assembly and disassembly.
- Baskets with three test stations with an inner diameter of 30 mm, according EP, type “B”
- Water stabiliser with colour indicator
